1. begins at home - come prepared, know what to say
2. begins at rehearsal - be excellent
3. begins on the platform - it's an honour
4. faithful in the seen and unseen. no rockstar mentality
5. the team blesses and praise other worship leaders
6. the team is never too busy to not worship lead
7. worship in spirit and truth. if we want them to worship in spirit and truth, we have to do the same.
8. worship out of their calling. never be ashamed of it. never deny it. never compare to others
