LEADERSHIP
leadership: following Jesus. don't try to follow others/books/speakers/sermons.
we all have equal access to Jesus.
Jesus is an amazing leader. He said "Follow Me".
Jesus' heart longs to lead you.
people will want you to lead them but you need to point them to Jesus to be their leader.
we can have incredible ministry and not have Jesus in it, be careful. You don't want Him saying to you "I don't know you".
it's possible to follow Jesus and not knowing how you got there, because your eyes are fixed on Jesus.
john 1:19-21
you are not Christ (sometimes you think/feel you are, trying to do so many things, etc.)
it's not about you. following God means it's not always the way you think.
when God asked Moses to lead the people out of Egypt, Moses was afraid, but God told him that He's going to be with him.
I'm not a healer but I know The Healer.
I'm not Christ, but I know Christ, I see Him, I follow Him.
john 1:29-30... may people see Jesus through you.
john 1:35... kingdom spirit: Jesus spirit.
john 1:37... set the people free to follow Jesus, make their eyes not set on you.
verse 30: God must get bigger, I must get smaller.
