UNKNOWN:

we are all created in God's image (male, female).

the question is not "should women be allowed in ministry?", but:

• "what's God's idea of the helper that He created in Genesis 1?"
• "What's His idea of leadership?"

the word "helper" was mentioned 22 times in the bible (nearly all of them talked about God).
helper: to be equal to, partner beside.

• to serve and submit is so different from being a doormat.
• don't feel second grade knowing that you're a helper.
• find out what God has gifted you for and give it 100% your best.

women in bible: prophets, judges, leaders, financers, business women, apostles.

take whatever it is God has done/gives you and give it all away to someone else.

the thing about serving Jesus: everyone qualifies

continue to enlarge your capacity

are you willing to grow in your capacity (ability to grow)?

be fruitful & multiply. no matter where you are and what season you're in.

how do you grow in capacity?

1. make a choice that hard work is your friend
   embrace hard work, always access the Holy Spirit
2. capacity is a choice
   whatever the challenge, we will prepare to push through
3. embrace change
   divine exchange from God
4. understand the power in the mundane (it will call into miracle)
   2 kings 4:8

women should be quiet in church (as said in bible), but women of God should speak.

judges 5:7 - deborah: mother of nations

be a spiritual mother to your physical and spiritual children.

john 19:25-27. Jesus' mother is always there.

2 tim 1:5 "...faith of your mother and grandmother..."

psalm 23:1 "the Lord is my Shepherd": rest in Jesus.
sometimes we need to slow down and rest in Jesus.

being a woman in ministry:

1. be a woman, be feminine, be you. let the males be males, and females be females.
2. be their (males) greatest cheerleader (encourager). be a servant.
3. find your strength in God. be so in love with Jesus.
4. don't use manipulation (for example: using your tears/beauty to get what you want)
5. be confident. embrace who you are. deal with any issues that you have.
6. mothers, take your children on the journey.

remind yourself:

1. it's not about me
2. suck it up and die (to yourself)
3. it's all about Jesus
4. love never fails (ask "how would love/God responds?")
5. expect God
